There are literally hundreds of things to see in Paris, but this one is very popular among tousrists I have bumped into in different parts of the city.
Parisien people are not very easy to talk to , its not a good or bad thing, it's just they are different. I'm sure when people visit Canada they notice our quirks as well.
One Parisien told me this morning that he doesnt mind Canadians but wishes we would stop apologizing so much lol. I don't think I helped in changing that view.
This is just outside Le Louvre beside the river siens. There are many apartments, some have open windows for fresh air. The french are very conscience about the environment and do try to make good use of each resource. The place I had lunch at today used the water left over from buckets they had soaking all vegatables and potatoes, to wash the floors. Many apartments do not have air conditioning here, I dont have one at home as well. the mentality is that air conditioners are not healthy, your body does not have a chance to climatize.
